Could Your Child Have High Learning Potential? Our online screening tool to spot High Learning Potential

This questionnaire is meant as an indicator of whether your child could have high learning potential. It is an opportunity to think about your child's development in relation to their peers. Your responses to the questions about your child will determine how likely it is that your child has high learning potential. It does not replace a full assessment. Find out more information about our assessment service here.

For £10 you can complete the questionnaire and receive a 4 page report that gives information about whether your child is likely to have high learning potential and explains the results of your responses. The report will be emailed to you shortly after.

Families that are eligible for concessionary rates should contact Potential Plus UK on telephone number 01908 646433 for a 50% discount.

Please note that this report consists of an evaluation of your responses plus an explanation of each of your responses and how this compares with the key characteristics shared by the majority of children with high learning potential. This report is by no means comparable to an assessment report by Potential Plus UK or an Educational Psychologist which follows an in-depth face-to-face assessment of your child.

Potential Plus UK has produced a number of free fact sheets which provide detailed information on the characteristics of children with high learning potential. The following free fact sheets are a good starting point in discovering what these children are really like:

PA101 High Learning Potential
PA102 Characteristics of Children with High Learning Potential
PA103 Needs of Children with High Learning Potential

If your child is under the age of 3 and you feel that this questionnaire would not be suitable for you at this stage, the following free fact sheet may be of interest to you:

PA104 Early Years and High Learning Potential
