We’re seeking curious children who would love to learn to code, then use their skills to solve a real – world problem. Working together and with our expert tutor in four face – to – face sessions, children will develop their ideas for a computer – based solution to a problem in society or their community. Then they will be taught to code their concept in order to bring their solution to life. Children are not required to have their own computer as this will be provided – although they can continue the learning in their local library or at home if they wish. Children will engage their creativity, team – working skills, and their newly – learned coding skills – and have fun along the way.
The event cost for this programme is £260. This programme can be paid in instalments and bursaries are also available. The price includes four ‘Virtual Learning’ sessions with our expert tutor and peer – to – peer network learning opportunities as well as face – to – face Masterclass workshops.
