Join us for a day where you can experience a yoga session to practice stretches and relaxation techniques. Learn how to make healthy food choices and make a variety of fresh food dishes.

At 3.15pm, parents will be invited to join their children in order to see what they have achieved during the day.

Students need: packed lunch and drinks
