Start here to find out about membership

We are a membership organisation with over 45 years’ experience of addressing the needs of children with high learning potential, their families and the professionals who work with them. We support about 15,000 children, young people and adults each year through our face-to-face and email services.

We provide support and specialist advice for those coping with a wide range of issues that affect children’s lives every day, such as lack of self esteem, feelings of isolation and frustration, lack of challenge in the classroom or at home, underachievement, or challenging behaviour.

Your support through membership subscriptions is extremely important. We are a charity and without membership contributions we would not be able to provide services to families and professionals. Your membership subscriptions enable us to:

  • help future generations of children and young people maximise their potential
  • continually improve the services we provide to children and young people, their families and the organisations that work with them
  • support our work nationally and locally
  • lobby government and other bodies for changes in the way children and young people with high learning potential and their parents are treated

If you are interested in joining us, click on the category of membership below for details of how Potential Plus UK can benefit you and your family, school or organisation.
